Michael Flynn’s former legal team said they recently uncovered emails and handwritten notes they “inadvertently” left out of a cache of documents they turned over to the former national security adviser’s new attorney last summer, according to a court filing Thursday.
Lawyers at Covington & Burling said in a filing that the emails were missed because of technical errors and they mistakenly overlooked the handwritten notes.

I seem to remember reading a report a while back indicating that he stopped paying their bills after he hired his new lawyers.
Seems Flynn’s lawyers charged him waayyyyyy too much.

When I was playing the game, I knew that I needed to be careful with the FBI, and I understood that some people in the Swamp were just trying to advance their own career. But, I totally underestimated the degree of corruption that existed within the FBI and in other LE and Intel community. I was never in a position like Flynn, who was clearly a target of the Left, but if that happened to me, I may have ended up like Flynn. I knew for some reason that I didn’t want to go to Washington and therefore passed up some opportunities. Dumb luck.
Dis-Bar the specific lawyer(s) who represented Flynn.

Flynn appears to be an exceedingly stupid person. Cluelessly allows himself to be set up by the FBI his first day on the job. Pleads guilty to non crimes he didn’t commit. Hires far left anti Trump lawyers to represent him.
Inadvertent is malpractice. Intentional work for the other side is disbarment.

Yes, but some Agent may be worried. Not E&O but I do have experience with “odd” types of insurance. Underwriters don’t think there should any claims, but if there is one litigate forever.
The article didn’t seem to say anything about whether the documents in question contained data material to Flynn’s case. Any idea what was in the newly disgorged docs?
