Four French frigates entered Lebanese docks on Tuesday, March 24th.
According to a report by Al-Joumhouria, the sophisticated French frigates are being gifted to the Lebanese Military and will be joining the navy.
The Lebanese government, and hence its military are fully controlled by Hezbollah and the terror organizations allies.
French ambassador to Beirut, Bruno Fouche, personally supervised the operation. Fouche even boarded one of the battleships that were delivered to Lebanon from the Toulon Naval Base in southern France.
A frigate is not a battleship.
French descend from the Tribe of Reuben. May explain.
How difficult is it to re-purpose them to be fish reefs?
France is nuts!
Reguardless battleship or frigate they are targets. Israel has things in the air and underwater that eat things.
Target practice for the sub Mariners
I’ll be hoping Hezbollah over mans these ships for when they are sent to the bottom of the Med.
> A frigate is not a battleship. <
It sure isnt. I suppose the author meant to say warship instead of battleship. Its just inexcusably sloppy reporting.
Future fishing reefs.
Those boats aren’t assault weapons?
A test for the Air Force: Can a drone take out a frigate?
Target rich environment for the Israeli Air Force and for their submarines - yes, they do have some, we just don’t hear much from them...
Iranian backed Shia jihadists, just the kind of people we want having sophisticated naval assets.
Exactly. My very first thought was, Sink Them.
That said, a Fast Frigate IS NOT a Battle Ship. But, the media doesn’t design headlines for accuracy. They are designed to generate hits and, portray a point of view that is in line with their political bias which is 99.99% Liberal.
I suspect something was lost in translation.
“Like new. Only dropped once.”
> Those boats arent assault weapons? <
I think it all depends on how many shells each cannon clip holds
Well, it’s a Good Thing they aren’t painted Black.
