New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Saturday that government-mandated travel restrictions on his state would be a “federal act of war.”
He also said he is willing to sue Rhode Island for implementing a policy requiring visitors from New York to self-quarantine for 14 days in order to slow the spread of coronavirus.

Trump had to know this would trigger a mass exodus out of those States so I’m trying to figure out why he said it. Seems like something that would have been better left unsaid until it had to be enacted.

Cuomo also told fleeing NYC residents that they didn’t have to self-quarantine when they got where they were going.
If we recall California, Virginia, Washington (state), New Jersey and a couple others, the resistance to Donald and the Federal government on immigration, ICE and now the 'rona is in a very “nation state” manner.
We are a Republic. If they want out, I'm for it.
