New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Saturday that government-mandated travel restrictions on his state would be a “federal act of war.”
He also said he is willing to sue Rhode Island for implementing a policy requiring visitors from New York to self-quarantine for 14 days in order to slow the spread of coronavirus.

President Trump said “parts of the Northeast” not the whole Northeast. I doubt the whole State would be quarantined...just the New York City area, and it’s outlying counties that have the highest number of cases. But Andy Pandy’s too stupid to realize that.

You'd be surprised at the number of legislators who don't understand the EQUAL RIGHTS AMENDMENT and want to resurrect it.
Cuomo will be toast quickly threatening to sue neighboring states. He must think he has all the power already.

All current citizens living in NY would lose American citizenship and become part of a new independent American Indian nation... The Stock Exchange and any supporting financial institutions would be moved to north-central Louisiana...
The American Indian reservations would become partners and all current and former members of the criminal organization known as the Bureau of Indian Affairs would be handed over to the new nation as indentured servants, or hung... Their choice...
A temporary travel ban, lasting for 10-years, would be enforced... No visa would be issued for 10-years as well...
