on ABC, Martha R was most irritating with the questions she posed the Fema guy. Is she mentally retarded? The same question asked over and over again about the masks. Some of these conflicts are just about semantics. If you are head of government, you are trying to give people hope and do what works to make people healthy. If you are head of a research bureaucracy, you want everything to be tested beyond doubt, checked and double-checked. Different ways of thinking and acting that can't be avoided if people are doing their jobs right.
