*NOPE = Never Obtain the Presidency, Ever
Just got back from Walmart. Lots of things wiped out:
Toilet paper. paper plates (I need some of each, but not desperate). Canned veggies and meats, eggs—not a one—bread, meats are low.
They had regular greasy (75%) hamburger marked down and available, in 1 pound lots, so I bought 4. I’ll make Stone Soup (Crumbled hamburger meat, 4 cans stewed tomatoes, 2 packs Lipton onion soup mix, quart of beef broth and elbow noodles).
I got a big pack of double slice paper towels. Can be used as TP if I must.
Bought more cans of Walmart brand soft biscuits for the oven. Good in place of bread.
Plenty of dog and cat food for the critters.
I need some new garden hose, maybe 200 feet (2 hundred foot premium rubber hoses—the ones I had that busted over this winter lasted for 20+ years!, so I’ll keep getting the best), BUT I forgot to look. Ain’t going back until next week.
The growth in the number of people infected with the CCP Virus is currently a completely irrelevant statistic. It is almost totally dependent on the rollout of test kits, not on the number of infections. It will be only when more test kits are available than is the need for using them, that the change in number of infections will become relevant.
democrat politicians, now 50% off, while stocks last (no hoarding!)!!!
I know John Roberts is a liberal White House reporter for Fox News, but I think he did an excellent job as replacement for Chrissy Wallass on Fox News Sunday this morning. He should be the permanent replacement for Wallass.

Your picture are so funny today.
They always are, of course, but today they’re hitting my funny bone hard.
Is that what happened?
The Chicom 2020 Bioweapon® is a respiratory disease, they should have been hoarding Kleenex.
Is it possible mail may be the biggest spreader of the disease? If it can last days on a surface wouldn’t letters be a perfect place to land?
About this stone soup.....I might try.
I remember the story of Stone Soup but didn’t know there was a real recipe.
Last week I made, in the slow cooker....SAUERKRAUT SOUP!
It was delicious.
I love soup.
Payback to Marco Polo for stealing their noodles?
Relax, J/K!
Every day I get my mail, thanks to the mail people.
I carry it in and wipe my hands with a sanitary wipe after.
Cause hell yeah those envelopes could have virus on them.
The show that Martha did Friday night was truly eye opening. Spokesman after spokesman claimed more harm can be done by closing down capitalism vs. letting it alone and just keying in on those in the most jeopardy.
Just a guess but if this is a 7-10 day closure we can work with it,even than many small business will go under. those who have a lot of resources don't get what cash flow is for small businesses. It's day by day. Sometimes week by week. Push them farther than that and many don't make it. Half of small business don't make it in good times so throw in something like this and it really pushes the lever.

F. Chuck trying his best to destroy Trump this morning. It won't work.
Spot on. I see this new chloroquine treatment as driving home the reality of what a strong leader and common-friggn’-sense can do....both of which are very, very rare lately.
A few of the craft Brewers here are making hand sanitizer, too... Hey, Joe and Bernie, we didn’t have the government to tell us to make it, we decided to use the Capitalist market to do it, the way we did it for 250 years...
Pat, you have the gist right. The CDC bureaucrats wanted their own test and the first one they produced has some problems with a reagent. The CDC was never geared up to handle this level of testing. The numbers are unprecedented. Trump pivoted to the private sector and now the US is the leader in testing. After all is said and done, the US will have tested more people than anyone else.
Basically, the CDC wanted to do it the way they have always done it. Typical of a bureaucracy. Trump made the management decision to go elsewhere. You're fired.
Years ago, here in the keys where fishing was the reason not the season, a rod and reel shop would have been considered as important as a car repair or plumber.Today it's hard to say. I guess we will find out this week.
The Chinaman in Italy asked “why put catsup on noodles?”
Common sense.
Hey, only the common people have common sense. We are the ones who carry this country on our backs.
And we are NOT going to remain holed up for much more beyond next week. That’s my guess.
I lost $13,000 on the stock market. Yet Burr and Feinstein et al sold their stock on inside knowledge.
They are NOT the common people and they do NOT have any common sense.
Get through next week and sooner or later we’re going to start living again. We’ve learned (at least I have) about keeping hands clean, hands off face and most of us do not live in inundated virus-invaded spaces.
Finally, this is America. We’re way better than the rest of this planet, believe it.
And we’ll come out of it with a vaccination for all kinds of flu, a people grown wiser as to crowds and avoid germs....we’ll be better off for it and they will NEVER defeat Trump in this next election.
