The Chinaman in Italy asked “why put catsup on noodles?”
Friday I made a big pot of Spaghetti Carbonara. No tomatoes. Just ham, cream, bacon, peas, cheese and eggs.
It’s GREAT!
Anyway, a good Italian pomodoro sauce is NOT ketchup.
