Didn’t Yates have something to do with telling the President that Gen Flynn was a national security risk or something like that?
Yates is as crooked as they come. She let a lot of folks in Atlanta get away with quite a bit of stuff.

Democrats are Democrats first.
Being an American is way down on their list.

Logan Act? I’ll bet they didn’t want to prosecute Gen Flynn under it. If so, then John Kerry (twice), Nancy Polosi, and who knows how many others would then also be subject to the same charges? That’s a box they didn’t want to open!

FBIs conduct in investigating former Trump National Security Adviser Mike Flynn, according to memos that paint a dark portrait of the bureaus behavior
I don't know where to start. Apparently, no laws were broken. Ethics, smethics. It doesn't matter. Wake me when there are charges, firings, verbal warnings, etc. Until then, what is the point? We all know they are corrupt and act with impunity!

...even though agents told DOJ they thought the former general was not lying and simply had a faulty memory.I don't think that's true.
The agents said Flynn didn't exhibit obvious signs of lying, which they had been trained to recognize.
At the time of the interview they knew about the content of the call with Kislyak and knew Flynn was lying.
