With the two worst-hit States adjoining Canada, and in particular Seattle posing an imminent health threat to Vancouver, I applaud.

Toronto is up to 76 cases, and due for an update at any time. Vancouver is also teetering close to loosing it.
Many of the Canadian cases involve people who have come back from the U.S., and there are almost no cases thus far of community transmission. If there are still people flying in from China, I am sure that they are monitored in quarantine. Doing that with folks driving in from the U.S is not feasible.
Likely this is about a week too late.

I live in Phoenix and the snowbird Canadians are just bout done infesting the pools on sunny days which are way too cold for any Arizonan. Way too much pallid flesh on display.
