I’m sorry but he sounds awful and idiotic. And I’m no never Trumper, I voted for the man and have been defending him for the last 3 years.
The constant narcissistic back-patting needs to stop, we are on the SAME TRAJECTORY AS ITALY and that is NOTHING to congratulate ourselves for.
This is a serious situation and his narcissism (which was tolerated and rather entertaining in good times) is NOT serving us well.

I was in Washington, DC for the Cuba missile crisis, it felt like quiet desperation. This crisis has a lot more elements of mass panic or determined survivalism. At least that is what it looks like in the grocery stores.

These are FANTASTIC steps by POTUS and working with the private sector! this shows exactly why socialized medicine is such a failure.
I hadn't heard the term of social distancing until my son mentioned it this morning when he called to tell me the company he works for sent all their employees home, and told them to work from home until further notice. He's like me, we've been social distancing ourselves for 20 years at least. Neither of us does social media, and we've always had only a small number of close friends that we communicate with. About the only socializing I do these days is when I see my doctors.
Now we’re finding out the positive steps the President has been taking this past week, despite all the lefty (and some FR) mealy mouthing.
