Several House Republicans left a closed-door coronavirus briefing on Friday after Rep. Rosa DeLauro spoke critically of the Trump administration’s efforts to protect the American public from the global epidemic.
According to a transcript, DeLauro, D-3rd District, said she supported the administration’s declaration of a public health emergency that allows states like Connecticut more flexibility in spending federal public health money.
“That said, I have grave concerns about the lack of transparency and unwillingness to allow public health experts to speak freely about what is happening,” DeLauro said. There are reports that Vice President Mike Pence, appointed by President Donald Trump to lead the coronavirus response, wants to coordinate all messaging from public health officials about the virus.
DeLauro, the chairwoman of the House Appropriations subcommittee in charge of the Department of Health and Human Services budget, also said, “I have serious concerns about the administration’s responsiveness with respect to funding.”
“We have repeatedly asked for information about expenditures,” she said. “And thus far, we have not received adequate answers.”

Besides being a cast member of “The Walking Dead”, Rosa DeLauro is a hard core communist, closely associated politically with New Haven Communist Party leader Joelle Fishman Perlo. Fishman married the son of identified Soviet spy Victor Perlon (1940’s spy rings inside the US govt).
She’s also insane.
Apparently her purple hair indicts one of any of the following or all of them.
She is a big fan of “Moby Grape”.
She loves the Purple Grapes/Raisins characters
She listens a lot to “Deep Purple”.
She spilled a jar of grape jelly on her head once and thought that it looks really good. (Wait till she discovers peanut butter and jelly.).
She butted heads with a squid, and lost.

During any crisis the government or a business will select one person to be the public voice of what is/is not happening. It is part of the Emergency Response Plans of any business. You don’t want 10 different people or agencies speaking to the public. Often times during a crisis decisions are being made that one department my not be aware of at the time their are speaking to the public.
This is why you see Emergency Responders cooordinate press briefing times. And like it or not, the pubic or DeLauro are not entitled to every little detail right now. There is a time for that later, much, much later.
I noticed that at one time the King’s subjects in Massachusetts were prevented from executing Quakers and Quaker women.
