This is a state court case so the appeal will be to the Wisconsin Supreme Court after perfunctory motions for reconsideration.
There may be an angle for the RNC and other national voting groups to get into this because it affects elections for federal offices.
I’d have to see the appeals course argument before wagering what will happen but it seems it would take only one fraud voter, voting in the name of someone who should not be on the Wisconsin voter rolls to begin with, to upend this appeals court decision.

4th District Court of Appeals = Madison. No shock there...next stop, the State Supremes.
I doubt if the DIMs would win any elections at any level if they didn’t cheat one way or another. The judges that made this ruling are political hacks and should be impeached and removed.
Just wonder if my name is still on the voting rolls as i no longer live in Wisconsin. How many are no longer residents or alive yet?

For those that do not know - the names are duplicates and even if someone were removed in error, they can register and vote next election.
This is just a democrat scheme to vote those names multiple times.
