Chinese elites re losing money on their investments and have not been quite as liquid or able to transfer funds into the US. Buying high end real estate in the US was safer than Chinese banks. Now they have less money to invest and need the cash.

Me too. However, I will say this. If I can take a leak without touching my junk, or anything else but my pants and zipper....I have skipped washing my hands because I figure I haven’t touched anything so why risk touching a faucet or towel dispenser, or anything now. Firstly, I can’t afford a pot to p&ss in, let alone a window to throw it out of, so buying property ANYWHERE is out of my league! Secondly, I much prefer Calgary to Vancouver in the winter, weatherwise. Thirdly, Vancouver is on the ‘Left’ coast whereas AB tends to be more conservative, so I would not move there.
If they confirm it is a bioweapon, they’ll have to find the source. Hopefully, it isn’t originally Harvard or that lab in Colorado....
What about the guys exiting the stalls that only touch the paper and not their ass? Hand washing is a good habit, even when you don’t go to the bathroom. (This thread is going down the drain lol)
