OK NOW you can go ahead and pardon! 40 months for doing NOTHING wrong..if Andrew McCabe cant be charged for doing the same thing that Stone should walk free..if John Kerry/Chris Murphy can commit the LOGAN ACT without being charged than Roger Stone should walk free

What was the prosecution’s recommendation? Originally 7 to 9 years. After Trump's Tweet Barr backed off of that and didn't give a specific recommendation but just asked that the Judge take into account Stone's age, record, and seriousness of the crime.
Stone was never going to get 7 to 9 years. I think 3 to 4 is more in line with expectations.

40 months better than 9 years!!! The prosecutors lied to their superiors about sentencing recommendations. I thought judge was going to wait until motion about new trial and juror was decided? Barr handled that well leaving it up to judge to determine sentence.

Doesn’t matter what Stone did or didn’t do. Sure it does.
The sentence was excessive. The foreman had some bias. Is it enough to get the verdict overturned? maybe.
But that's not mutually exclusive with Stone being a jackass.
