LONDON, England, February 14, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) A UK High Court judge ruled today that it was unlawful for police to investigate a man for writing tweets critical of men who say theyre women and to record it as a hate incident.
Mr. Justice Julian Knowles stated that for a member of Humberside Police to go to the workplace of Harry Miller and upbraid him for his political opinions was a disproportionate interference" with Millers freedom of expression.
Last January, Humberside police officers went to Millers business to investigate a third-party complaint that Miller had posted transphobic tweets...
When Miller spoke with Police Constable (PC) Mansoor Gul, he was given a mini-seminar in trans ideology. Gul also informed Miller that although Miller had not committed a crime, his tweets would be recorded as a hate incident.
According to the BBC, Knowles said that the impact of the police turning up at Millers work "because of his political opinions must not be underestimated"
"In this country, we have never had a Cheka, a Gestapo or a Stasi. We have never lived in an Orwellian society."..
only one person had complained about Millers tweets and that her complaint had been recorded as a hate incident without any critical scrutiny or any assessment of whether what she was saying was accurate. ..
The former police officer said that the case had exposed that Britain has an ideological police force. Miller was particularly pleased that Knowles had made reference to the Soviet, Nazi, and East German secret police to describe what the Humberside constable had done....
He finds the provisions in the guidance for accepting third-party perceptions of hatred with no evidence being necessary irrational. Miller added that there have been 87,000 so-called non-crime crime incidents recorded.
Spiritual Wickedness,
That’s it in a
Nutshell.
A Sane judge in the UK? Priceless...Great job, judge!!
Thanks for pointing that out.
I just suspect that ranting on and on about how certain people who are a majority, but supposedly break these laws all the time when it isnt true, isnt covered.
And Rotherham was far from the only such situation.

I believe I’m more of a Native Briton than Mansoor Gul. My ancestors came from the UK.
Yes, spiritual declension is concomitant with moral degeneration and societal decline.
Douglas MacArthur: "History fails to record a single precedent in which nations subject to moral decay have not passed in to political and economic decline.
But that it was not any religion that the West has incrementally drifted from but Christianity overall.
Alexis de Tocqueville (18051859. French political thinker and historian; best known for his two volume, Democracy in America)
Upon my arrival in the United States, the religious aspect of the country was the first thing that struck my attention; and the longer I stayed there, the more did I perceive the great political consequences resulting from this state of things, to which I was unaccustomed. In France I had almost always seen the spirit of religion and the spirit of freedom pursuing courses diametrically opposed to each other; but in America I found that they were intimately united, and that they reigned in common over the same country. There are certain populations in Europe whose unbelief is only equaled by their ignorance and their debasement, while in America one of the freest and most enlightened nations in the world fulfills all the outward duties of religion with fervor. The sects that exist in the United States are innumerable. They all differ in respect to the worship which is due to the Creator; but they all agree in respect to the duties which are due from man to man. Each sect adores the Deity in its own peculiar manner, but all sects preach the same moral law in the name of God...Moreover, all the sects of the United States are comprised within the great unity of Christianity, and Christian morality is everywhere the same... In the United States the sovereign authority is religious, and consequently hypocrisy must be common; but there is no country in the whole world in which the Christian religion retains a greater influence over the souls of men than in America, and there can be no greater proof of its utility, and of its conformity to human nature, than that its influence is most powerfully felt over the most enlightened and free nation of the earth... There is certainly no country in the world where the tie of marriage is more respected than in America or where conjugal happiness is more highly or worthily appreciated, In Europe almost all the disturbances of society arise from the irregularities of domestic life. To despise the natural bonds and legitimate pleasures of home is to contract a taste for excesses, a restlessness of heart, and fluctuating desires. Agitated by the tumultuous passions that frequently disturb his dwelling, the European is galled by the obedience which the legislative powers of the state exact. But when the American retires from the turmoil of public life to the bosom of his family, he finds in it the image of order and of peace... The Americans combine the notions of Christianity and of liberty so intimately in their minds, that it is impossible to make them conceive the one without the other; and with them this conviction does not spring from that barren traditionary faith which seems to vegetate in the soul rather than to live... Thus religious zeal is perpetually warmed in the United States by the fires of patriotism. These men do not act exclusively from a consideration of a future life; eternity is only one motive of their devotion to the cause. If you converse with these missionaries of Christian civilization, you will be surprised to hear them speak so often of the goods of this world, and to meet a politician where you expected to find a priest. They will tell you that "all the American republics are collectively involved with each other; if the republics of the West were to fall into anarchy, or to be mastered by a despot, the republican institutions which now flourish upon the shores of the Atlantic Ocean would be in great peril. It is therefore our interest that the new states should be religious, in order that they may permit us to remain free." (Democracy in America, [New York: A. S. Barnes & Co., 1851), pp. 331, 332, 335, 336-7, 337; https://www.gutenberg.org/files/815/815-h/815-h.htm)

Wow as in terrible. Under the flag of political correctness.
I do remember when the late Jerry Falwell, Sr. was practically jeered and hooted off the national stage for quite correctly describing the engine of societal transformation as ‘secular humanism’. The term has a specific meaning and has been around as a descriptor cultural marxism since the 1920. Falwell and some conservatives vainly pointed out the contents of the two ‘humanist’ declarations’ as being a clear road map that the left has been forcing Americans down since the 1950’s. The jeering only grew louder. Some was the flat pig ignorance of a good part of the media establishment and most of entertainment. However, many of the loudest parts of the establishment peanut gallery were those in academia and the ‘culture’ establishment who knew full well the term was being used accurately. JFSr had pulled back the curtain for an instant and shown the Great Oz of Liberalism for what it was. Liberalism was malignant fake that constantly proclaimed its agenda was just to make us a ‘better; nation . Toleration and inclusion were their two watchwords. After the Civil Rights campaign, which was heavily influenced by Bible believing black people from largely Methodist or Baptist churches, the Liberals used the civil rights playbook to force increasingly bizarre and anti-social groups and behaviors onto the larger culture. Always under the banner of freedom and justice. Attacks on revealed religion of any kind, except ironically the one big faith community that really is violent, intolerant and militant and preaching real hatred towards all other faiths, Islam became the standard default position of what is called Liberalism.
This campaign quickly focused on making the Supreme Court the font of all virtues and elevated its activist members to secular sainthood.
Liberals realized with the Brown decision the court could remake society by fiat. Striking down de jure segregation and legalized second class citizenship for co;ored people had been the national problem for decades. The Court was carefully approaching the issue through a series of decisions striking down de jure segregation in areas that were federal in nature, such as the Sleeping Car Porters case, or or the Fort Bend Count Tx whites only primary case. It was expected that Plessy v Ferguson was going to be overturned and the ruling would be a very detailed one explaining segregation may apply to only two regions, the West coast for Orientals and the South and border states for colored people, it was not a state's rights issue under the 10th Amendment but a truly national issue. Instead the court did not want to render a decision based on understanding different parts of the Constitution and most especially the Bill of Rights and produced the famous one or two page ‘all deliberate speed’ decision.
Liberals now had the battering ram they needed to force their vision of a secular humanist society on all Americans. In Griswold v Conn in 1965 the right of the community through laws to enforce banning of private acts which have a potential for negative impacts on the larger society was swept away. In its place was a new right not to be found in the Constitution ‘the right to Privacy’, which was open ended and unlimited.
The Griswold decision was the first of a tsunami of social engineering from the bench which has allowed those calling themselves Liberals to destroy widely accepted standards of behavior and replace them with the deliberately vague and highly flexible twin concepts of ‘toleration and societal egalitarianism’.
In about a half century we have gone from a fairly functioning social order with generally accepted standards of behavior to the nation being roiled over the spurious ‘right’ of men who want to be women to trump everyone else rights to be left alone and not confronted with weird and perverted lifestyle choices. Key to this transformation has been in denaturing andredifing the accepted role of what is generically termed Christianity. The left knows if Christianity can be trivialized and forced out of the public square its values and mores however broadly drawn, can be mocked with impunity until organized Christianity is reduced to a meaningless placebo. That is why the virulence from the secular culture is directed at those groups who do believe in revealed religion whether they are evangelical or conservative Catholics.
(I have to exempt the LDS from this equation. Their hierarchy have carefully observed the transformation of American society . As the leaders of a religion that has been violently persecuted in the past they know they believe they have to position the LDS to appear to embrace the secular humanist dynamic while continuing to relentlessly enforce doctrinal uniformity within the church. For instance how many homosexuals in the church will actually come out even if the church supposedly endorses, through some carefully worded theological bafflegab , the ‘rights of sexual minorities’. Even if the church allows and highlights some careful tokenism in the matter.homosexual Mormons know what pressures and contempt they will encounter in numerous subtle and not so subtle ways from fellow congregants. So the Mormons, who have long ago realized their eccentric theology would never be really accepted by most Americans, will continue to be a ‘people in but not of this kingdom’.}
Sorry for making this long and verbose.
Rotherham turned out to be the tip of the iceberg. They now believe as many as 19,000 children are being exploited across multiple cities with one thing in common: grooming gangs run by people who aren’t born in the UK and have taken advantage of the British people’s offer of a better life.
Suicidal.
UK teen with Aspergers fined, placed under house arrest for asking transgender police officer about his gender 2/18/2020, 4:41:09 PM · by Zenyatta · 54 replies LaCorte News ^ | 2/18/2020 | Penka Arsova
A 19-year-old with Aspergers syndrome has been placed under house arrest and fined after asking how a transgender police officer identifies. The incident took place in October while PCSO Connor Freel, a 25-year-old transgender police officer from England, was on duty in Mold, North Wales. 19-year-old Declan Armstrong was with his friends when he noticed Freel and very loudly asked: Is it a boy or a girl? When Freel looked over, Armstrong repeated his comment, prosecutor Rhian Jackson claimed.
Insanity. Complete insanity.
