Vindman broke policy & law, could be court martialed for that. I don’t think it will happen. I could be wrong but Trump has bigger fish to fry. I just think they’ll take the easy route and let him go off and live in well deserved & earned obscurity. For people of Vindman’s ego that’s a fate worse then death.
Remembering my Dad at USAWC, class of 1964. Most students were LTC’s coming off successful commands at battalion level and newly promoted to COL.
Unless things have drastically changed, Vindman won’t fit in very well. I recall AWC ‘64 socialized as a class, golfed & hunted together, the wives had their own OWC.
Vindman will be spending a lonely year at Carlisle Barracks, IMO.

A NORMAL rotation of officers is done by a simple issuance of transfer orders. It is NOT done by escorting them out of the building in which they are working.

The only officers sent to the war college are those that are going to be promoted to Colonel. Cannot believe that fat piece of crap is going to be a full bird colonel.
Given that he stabbed his boss in the back, I doubt there is a senior commander in the Army who would have him on his staff, though. Good luck finding a job, pal.
He will get a few blanket parties and some bullying to soften him up.

That will be a message to him that he’s not going to get a star. It will probably take two years for it to sink in and he retires to write his memoirs “I Was Robbed of Military Glory By Those Deplorables!”
Blanket parties don’t happen anymore, and never did happen in the officer corps.
A traitor like this guy should no be going to the War College. no promotion, he needs to be retired ASAP.
This is a clear indication that the round boy has a high level sponsor, or sponsors within the upper ranks of the Army who are seeking to keep him and have him promoted.
These scumbag general officers are also a part of the coup attempt by their tolerance of his actions and their actions to protect and promote him. The JCS Army, the SecArmy, SecDef, on up to the president can order him retired, courts martialed, or take other actions to be rid of this shit stain of an officer. He has disgraced the officer corps of all services.
Those attempting to shield him should also be immediately dealt with.
This has nothing to do with revenge and everything to do with maintaining discipline, adherence to regulations, adherence to the Constitutional oath to obey civilian authority, good order and morale.
The Army brass is giving the finger to Trump. This says they are grooming him for promotion.
They are gonna go the Navy route.
And ... anyone still doubt the military leaders would be happy to follow orders against gun owners?
The DMZ in South Korea would be a perfect assignment for him. I hear they have wonderful winters...

I think I would let Vindman stay. And whoever assigned him that great slot would be sent to a remote corner of Alaska. It would be a great lesson for the other smug insubordinate officers who think they might wanna stick it to the President.
