Unless things have drastically changed, Vindman won’t fit in very well. I recall AWC ‘64 socialized as a class, golfed & hunted together, the wives had their own OWC.
Vindman will be spending a lonely year at Carlisle Barracks, IMO.
He will get a few blanket parties and some bullying to soften him up.
That will be a message to him that he’s not going to get a star. It will probably take two years for it to sink in and he retires to write his memoirs “I Was Robbed of Military Glory By Those Deplorables!”
