Reagan had to deal with the left wing of each party. He did not ever have a majority in CONgress.

Kristol hasn’t just been attacking President Trump, but his PAC was running vicious TV ads attacking GOP Senators in blue states, trying to bully them into voting to convict President Trump ...
So, it’s not just President Trump that Kristol has been attacking, but other GOP elected officials ... I think Kristol’s strategy now is not to vote Trump out of office, but to deny President Trump a GOP Senate majority in 2020 ... Bill Kristol is truly a piece of human garbage ...

Hey Billy, Reagan didn’t like the Bushes. I think he would’ve loved Trump, especially with the way the Dems have treated him.
Reagan would have clearly voted for Trump.
He even said Trump was like a president.
Kristol’s inclusion of President FReagan in this is a deceptive attempt to equate that man with the Globaist Rino’s he so adores.
Reagan, whose administration is so long ago yet, whose reputation survives to this day, is a purposeful attempt to portay we who suppot Preident Trump as so far out of the accepted (globalist/RINO) norms.
This is a ploy to attempt to get us to question our positions wrt President Trump.
As Limbaugh has stated repeatedly, their goal is to try to drive a wedge between us and President Trump. This is yet another feeble attempt by a Globalist/RINO Never Trumper to do that.
The phony inclusion of President Reagan is meant to say we who voted for President Trump are far from the accepted norm.
The fact is, the Bushies despised President Reagan almost as much as they despise President Trump. HW ran very ugly ads against Reagan.
It was HW that called President Reagan’s economic plan VooDoo Economics. It was HW that said, “read my lips, no new taxes” to get elected and then proceeded to join the dems in raising our taxes.
