Indeed. Even though we knew that Rush’s illness was real and dire, it still came as a shock yesterday to hear it from his own lips.

how inspiring that Rush is pushing to get to ‘3rd base’ in terms of conquering his cancer. the gravity of it all knocked me down a bit, until i realized that isn’t what Rush would want. the fight is ON! Onward! xxooRush
