The GOP ripped up the Democrat ‘case’. If this were a real court case, the Judge would have thrown it out by now.

How does that moron keep getting elected!

Either idiot voters or election fraud....probably the latter.

There is no case. The sham witch hunt is obvious.

Exchange between Rep' Mike Turner (R-Oh) and Trump's EU Ambassador Sondland before the Schiff dog and pony show:

“So, you really have no testimony that ties President Trump to a scheme to withhold aid from Ukraine in exchange for these investigations?” Turner asked Sondland at one point during his questioning.

Sondland replied: “Other than my own presumption.”

“Which is nothing,” Turner responded.

The impeachment witch hunt would have ended right then, in November, if the Rats were interested facts or justice.

“How does that moron keep getting elected”!

Because they are smarter than the ignorant and stupid fools who keep voting for them.

The Dems are not delusional. Everything they do is calculated. They are taking every bit of the political battlefield the GOP surrenders to them.

I agree with you 100%. The Dems are effective, methodical liars. They have impeached an innocent President. They knew going into this that they would never get all 47 of their votes plus 20 GOP votes to get to the 2/3 to remove the President.

The only way the Dems lose is if Donald Trump is reelected. We have to make that happen.

I agree. The House rules provide for subpoena power for legislative purposes. Impeachment is different and requires a separate vote of the whole House to authorize issuance of subpoenas. “Investigation” is also different than impeachment.

If this were a real court case, the Judge would have thrown it out by now.

But you can't your honor because we have other witnesses who we didn't subpoena because the other side might object that their testimony is irrelevant. The Defense has shown the need for more witnesses.

Any chance the impeachment could be thrown out completely? Praying!!

“You can bet your bottom dollar that the rats are searching every law and court case to save their ass.”

And I bet my bottom dollar they will find a law that the democRat interpretation of which will be a totally convoluted bastardization of it’s original intention!

If this were a real court case, the Judge would have thrown it out by now.

There's the rub...it's not a trial one thinks of...it's a political proceeding. As Sen Kennedy (R-La) stated, "There are no standards of proof. There are no rules of evidence"...and on top of that, strange rules for a "trial".

This has little to do with any evidence, but more to do with the emotion of charges and how those are presented to the Senators and the public. I don't think the defense focus on procedure and validity of charges is going to win the argument here as it would in a "legal" trial that we have as a reference.

It was good to highlight Trump invited him to the white House in the first call in April. I didn’t even realize that. That completely undermines the quid pro quo argument in my mind. That’s should have been Trump’s refrain over the last couple of months. Better than Perfect call.

Adam Schitt will be on Meet the Press tomorrow where Chuck Toad and he will reach a celebratory climax of some kind.

The fact that Schittforbrains is running around frantically repeating lies to the FAke News is proof he knows he got his @ss kicked today—big time! He’s in psychotic damage control mode now.

Trump’s attorneys politely and factually stomped Schitt into a four foot diameter throw rug. Schitt’s in big trouble and he knows it.
