Upon conclusion of the President’s presentation, Senators may question the parties for a period of time not to exceed 16 hours. Upon the conclusion of questioning by the Senate, there shall be 4 hours of argument by the parties, equally divided, followed by deliberation by the Senate, if so ordered under the impeachment rules, on the question of whether it shall be in order to consider and debate under the impeachment rules any motion to subpoena witnesses or documents. The Senate, without any intervening action, motion, or amendment, shall then decide by the yeas and nays whether it shall be in order to consider and debate under the impeachment rules any motion to subpoena witnesses or documents.

Someone wake up Sekulow. --- I agree.
Sekulow doesn't have the balls or the gut to do this job. He looks like someone who gets all bent out of shape if a stain shows up on his shirt sleave. We need someone with some genuine, hard bitter, hatred for the injustice that has been cast upon Donald Trump.
Sekulow has almost no energy. He always looks like he just finished crying or is about to start! He is a loser on this case so far.
Our President is not being served very well (jmo).
I am aware that things look very dark at this point under this format as the country is forced to listen to such ongoing Democrat BS from Schiff and others .... hour after hour.
But it looks much darker today than it did about five days ago. And I think DJT's lawyers and the entire Trump team better WAKE UP fast.

According to Jay Sekulow’s panel, the Democrat managers have the next 3 days to spew their lies and conspiracies; today, tomorrow, and Friday.
Saturday, (Sunday they’re off) Monday and Tuesday will be the President’s defense taking over the Senate floor.
There’s no way I’m going to watch those Democrats for the next 3 days.

I muted him about 2 hours ago. Listening to Rush as well. The thing with the mute is that I can see Shifty’s facial expressions as I pass from room to room as I’m working. He is actually looking so very relaxed, and has a consistent smile/smirk on his face. He knows darn well what he is getting away with, and enjoying every minute of it. As Rush has said, this is a free opposition campaign speech and nothing more. Sad that our Repubs could not see this coming and just tried to dismiss early on. It’s an insult to all of us actually.
