On your last, I was under the impression they made great bacon. Better than corn fed. True or not?
If they're 100 to 150 pounds, they're absolutely delicious. Bigger than that - not so much.
No idea. Not interested in eating them as you have to seriously overcook them to make sure you kill off all the things they can be afflicted with/carry/etc. I have heard reports back either way - some say they are good eating, some say they’re disgusting even when prepared properly. I’m not sport or trophy hunting - it’s vermin control, so I don’t feel compelled to eat what I kill.
