I hear you, but I am not sure I would go to a rally and risk losing all my legal gun rights over a high cap mag felony charge where its not legal. My 'common sense' gene, as opposed to my type A personality gene, would say carry a rifle, but not one I could get arrested over.

Of course, this is pre-rifle ban attitude.

I spent time in CA between coming off active duty and moving to my current mountain state location just a few years ago. I had many guns and accessories that over the course of my time in CA became illegal or banned. They stayed locked in safes or stored out of state until my departure. CA is a police state. I hope VA doesnt become one.
