SACRAMENTO (CBS13) If you have any gas-powered gardening tools, you may be forced to give them up soon.
California is considering a statewide ban on the equipment.
At least 60 cities in California have some kind of ban on gas-powered garden tools, but now state regulators are concerned about the impacts these tools could be having on the environment.

In Occupied Virginia it's currently guns; in The Land of Fruits and Nuts it's now power garden tools. KMA, Nazis.

This would definitely be an anti-illegal alien law.

“Oh gezzz, the armies of illegal aliens armed with leaf blowers are not going to like this.”
My initial thought also.
But you know what, they probably won’t enforce it against illegals.

Buy stock in companies that manufacture electric tools and others who make the orange extension cords.

I think they should.
Maybe then...all the illegal “landscapers” would go home.

Looks like the Left Coast is going to require everyone to use those coal-fired garden tools after all.

Does that include contractor and landscaper tools?
How many legislators have ever tried to use an electric lawnmower?
They work, but not very well.
Since they want me spend two unpaid hours every week to sort my trash, they probably don't care one bit about the extra time and aggravation under-powered tools will cost us all.

Sensible for cities to limit them because of the noise.
Otherwise stupid.
(not referring to guns LOL!)

I recall living in CACA, and these illegals would start their GD leaf blowers at 645 a.m., blowing debris and cooties 300’ into the air...They’d have blower wars, blowing the crap off one property and onto another then the next crew of illegals would come by and blow it right back. I asked my one blockheaded neighbor if he was running an illegal alien landscaping college. These idiots would show up with their kids in tow and let their kids blow one leaf around the yard for 30 minutes. CACA madness.

They also need to ban all gasoline and diesel powered home and business generators, including those used by hospitals. That will help cut down pollution even more. And is just as logical as the small gas power tool ban they are considering.
And it will also close down an income stream for hardware stores.

I heard the state is going to put together code enforcement commando style swat teams. Initially they’ll be handing out warnings, then after the 2nd warning the fines and citations will kick in at which point they’ll seize your tools by force if necessary after a the 3nd warning.
