My take on it is that there are voters in every election who wait until a few weeks before an election before they decide who to vote for. Google knows this, and they manipulate search results. They elevate all the positive articles about Hillary, while burying all of the scandals. They in the meantime did the reverse with Trump by suppressing the positive while elevating the negatives.

It’s all done as a way to sway these last minute voters.
