Five giant redwood trees suddenly fell
One falling tree would be like being struck by lightning. Five? I'm calling B.S.

Should we say that five redwood trees committed suicide to get that hiker?

Hiking in Muir National Woods Monument was beautiful when we were there.
Those trees have been there for a LONG time,
statistically weird that they fell at just that time together,
sounds like underground water from heavy rainfall
undercut local root systems

imagine the odds of getting hit by a falling redwood? They could hike through the woods daily for 10,000 years and probably not repeat what happened.
