They had the chance to subpoena these folks....they backed off as soon as the Court got involved. That throws out their obstruction case, too.

Yes. The whole establishment did not want to expose more of Clinton’s crimes for fear of their own peccadilloes being exposed. And no one wanted the loon Algore to be president. The Clinton cover up is what led to Hillary believing she was untouchable. The RATS blackmailed everyone they could. And they have used the vast powers of the government to gather unbelievable amounts of information about everyone. Evil.

I thought the house sent it’s prosecution team over to present the evidence it found to support the impeachment article.
And the prosecution has to provide ALL information gathered in it’s investigation to the defense.
The Senate is the Jury, not an investigative body in this instance.
