Regardless of whether you would support or not support the vigorous defense of Michael Flynn, I would hope we would all agree a fulsome discovery of all relevant background material is a cornerstone of justice appropriately applied.
With that in mind it is concerning how Attorney General Bill Barr would prefer to keep DOJ conduct against Flynn hidden from public review. Consider…

So much for “maverick” Judge Sullivan. He’s toeing the Deep State party line in full on Flynn.
I think the people inside the beltway have no idea how disillusioned the public (or at least, a large portion of it) has become with the entire legal and judicial system.
And they don’t seem to realize — or care — how that will affect the future.

Virtually none of the population has a clue what an EMP is.
If Michael Flynn was wrongly prosecuted, his sentencing should be revisited so he isn’t wrongly punished. Justice is more important than protecting the FBI or deep state.
If Rosenstein is a Deep State operative, I will terminate my FR membership and retire.
