Biden’s Democratic challengers don’t really want to win — here’s the proof

Do Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, Pete Buttigieg, Mike Bloomberg, and all the other Democrats running against Joe Biden really want to be president?

Because it sure doesn’t seem like they want the job.

The question is on behalf of the millions of Americans who are either working for, donating to, or simply rooting for any of the other 12 candidates still officially in the race. Put them together, and those 12 other candidates have the support of more than 70% of Democratic Party primary voters and a lot more donated money than Biden on his own. So it would be a good idea for those candidates to answer the question.

If they answer truthfully,it sure seems like all of them would have to say they really don’t want to win. At least they don’t want it enough to use Biden’s most vulnerable weaknesses against him. And the voters can’t be blamed if they extrapolate that any candidate not willing to show a killer instinct against Biden isn’t likely to have enough of what it takes to win an election against President Trump.

Biden’s biggest weakness is the still-unraveling series of facts about the extent of his son Hunter Biden’s sweetheart jobs and deals while the elder Biden was a senator and then VP. Just one of them is getting the most attention now, and that is the highly paid board member position Hunter Biden got at the Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma in 2014. The widely reported figure is that Hunter Biden was paid $50,000/month for that “job” despite not having any experience in the energy industry. Some reports have his salary as being as high as $83,000 per month.

But for some strange reason, his fellow Democrats vying for the nomination are incredibly mum about this story.

[Jeb never was a front-runner, he had a name and money. But there was no worry about his 3-7% voters going to Trump either way]

https://www.cnn.com/2015/07/01/politics/donald-trump-poll-hillary-clinton-jeb-bush/index.html
Bush stands at 19%, up from 13% in May — and his best showing in CNN/ORC polling since December. Trump follows at 12%, up from 3% before his announcement. Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee (8%), neurosurgeon Ben Carson (7%) and Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul (7%) round out the top five.

Notably absent from this top five — though statistically speaking not far behind — are Florida Sen. Marco Rubio (6%, down from 14% in May) and Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (6%, down slightly from 10%). Both had been top five candidates in each of the last two CNN/ORC polls, and Walker had been in the top five since February.

It’s actually pretty simple. Biden is more electable than any of the others, and they all know it. So the strategy is to damage President Trump as much as possible, have Biden win the nomination and then vie to be his VP. Because it’s obvious to anyone with half a brain that Biden won’t survive his first term, so the progressives will use the 25th Amendment to ease him out of office and then they will have the power they so crave.

"..... part of the calculation involved President Trump being very damaged by false charges and impeachment. That part part hasn’t worked out real well...."

And I don't think HilLIARy's plan to jump into the race at the last minute and go on to beat Trump for the presidency in 2020 is going to work out very well either.

The democRATS spend so much time contriving the outcomes of elections, they lose sight of the fact that their candidate is not always the best for the party or the country.

They may think that giving HilLIARy a third bit of the apple is the right thing to do, but they also know she can't win against Trump in 2020.

If Trump had not stepped up, Yeb! would have been the nominee sure as McCain and Willard were in 2008 and 2012.

None of the Dem candidates will seize upon Biden’s corruption because Trump already has. The first rule for all Democrats - the one that trumps all others - is “Never be seen siding with Donald Trump - ever”.

Cannot understand why they hammer him like Trump does? Unless they are all as corrupt as he is.

“A Democrat running for President is just getting bribe money that has been laundered.

They run for office to get mansions on the lake.”

That island in Lake Champlain is a really nice place.

Doesn’t make sense that the other candidates aren’t trying that hard because they know he’s getting reelected but then Mrs Clinton jumps in?

How would her ego allow her losing to him twice? And three times in total?
...
Because she is demented...she firmly believes she already won by all the plans she hatched. Do you think any of her team would dare tell her otherwise?

Secondary reason is she owes for the $millions she has in Clinton Foundation...she has to at least show she is trying to make good on the bribes. She can always claim PDJT cheated and stole the election and blame him...MSM backs her up and foreign press agrees and gets her off the hook. She gets her money for nothing and her chicks for free.

There are SO many candidates because apart from ‘I hate Trump’... Liberals don’t have anything to sell.

So, by fielding so many ‘candidates’, it is saying... “We’ll throw a bunch of s&^t on the wall... maybe something will stick.”
