This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. (I John 5:14)

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son,
that whosoever believes in Him should not perish,
but have eternal life. (John 3:16)

Gracious Lord, we thank You for Your great power, for Your unfailing love, and for Your beautiful plan for salvation through Jesus Christ. We praise You for Your Truth and for making it known to us through Your Word. We are grateful that You have given us The Way to be free from the clutching grip of sin and death.

Thank You for never forsaking Your people, for extending Your grace to all, for granting us Your freedom, for providing us Your protection, and empowering us with Your strength. We ask that You would bring about an awakening of our need for You as never seen before. May Your Name be proclaimed and glorified in America, and may all plans to silence the Name of Jesus be thwarted and crushed.

We pray that Believers would be bold in sharing the Gospel with those in darkness and that many would come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior. Awaken the sleeping church, Lord. Remind us to live aware, to redeem the time, to listen to Your Voice, and to be willing to make a difference in our homes, our communities, and our nation.

We thank You that Your mercies for President Trump are new every morning, for great is Your faithfulness. We are grateful that You, Lord, are a shield for him; You are his glory and the lifter of his head. May he be a man after Your own heart---called for such a time as this. Thank You for protecting him from all enemies of America---both foreign and domestic. We ask You to raise up strong, faithful men and women to serve this nation who will seek first the Kingdom of God.

Lord, we ask Your special blessings for our men and women in uniform who are defending our nation during these holidays. Comfort them with Your presence as You also comfort and protect their families who await them.

Thank You, Father, for sending Your Precious Son to us. Help us to focus on Your beautiful Gift of Love during this season of celebration. May all glory, honor, praise and blessing be unto You, our Lord. We pray in the Powerful Name of Jesus---Wonderful, Counselor, the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace. Amen.
