Poll: Donald Trump Beating 2020 Democrats in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin

President Donald Trump is now leading Democrat presidential candidates in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, as Congressional Democrats continue struggling to impeach the president.

A Firehouse/Optimus poll conducted in December shows Trump ahead of his Democrat opponents, even former Vice President Joe Biden who remains one of the stronger candidates opposing the president.

There were about a dozen states that the President carried that he wasn't expected to carry. The biggest surprises were PA,MI,WI and IA...although FL was a bit of a surprise as well.

Seems to me that the Ukraine Fiddler could carry PA...but I can't see him carrying any other state that DJT carried.

The main reason the Dems need Biden is that Biden was raised in PA. He will have the edge there.

I think that if Biden won all the states that Hillary won as well as PA though then the would be enough for Biden to win the election.

Nope.If he carries every state he carried in ‘16 *except* PA he'd still win.Of course if *that* happened the EV tally would be close enough that the effort to get recounts *and* the effort to convince “faithless electors” would be 10 times stronger than it was in ‘16

Nope. Trump won by 71 electoral votes so Biden would need to switch 36 votes. PA is only 20. Actually there were a net 3 faithless votes for Trump so Biden would only need 34, assuming no one defects.

Trump almost won it in 2016 and he’ll carry it next year.

Trump: MI PA WI FL AZ NC

Clinton: NH MN NV ME CO

Defend your own, and pick up some of theirs

He'd need more than that. Adding Pennsylvania to Hillary's total gives him 252. He needs 270 to win.

Trump can pick up NH, ME and CO if its a landslide.

NV is too Blue for Trump to win. I see the rest as doable if he puts time and resources into winning them.

I don’t see a path to 270 for the Democrats unless the economy tanks or some big international crisis happens he can’t handle.

This election in a word, is Trump’s to lose.

All of that assumes Democrats can find someone likable with ideas who can beat Trump.

All they have is impeachment. Its sucked the life out of the Democrat campaigns.

Biden isn’t putting food on peoples’ tables, nor money in their wallets, nor keeping the gas and electricity on.

Trump is.

And that’s all Trump needs to focus on.

Biden and the dems want to destroy coal. Coal fires electric generating plants, employs thousands of Pennsy and West Virginia and Ohio workers.

Trump can hammer him and the dems all day long on that.
