One of the more startling developments of the House Intelligence Committee’s investigation into alleged wrongdoing by President Donald Trump regarding his Ukraine policy was that the chairman of that committee, Rep. Again, why does the jury in charge of the defense? This is corruption in action!

Actually, it’s likely that Devin Nunes’ phone records were NOT obtained through that Schiff subpoena. All indications are that Nunes showed up in those records because he was placing or receiving calls to someone else whose records WERE obtained.
Adam Schiff uses a dark blackberry, with military grade encryption. IOW, there are no records.
Maybe because Schiff is already convicted and sentenced.
This impeachment fiasco is showcasing the crimes of the Democrats, and nobody else.

President Trump, release all records involved with the secret payoffs of Congress creeps who settled sexual harassment cases. It was our tax dollars that were used.
Abuse of power is not solved by more abuse of power.
If there is a trial in the Senate, then the President's lawyers will then be able to subpoena Schiff-face's phone records, the phone records his staff, and those of the whistle-blower and his lawyer.
What needs to happen now is for Nunes to sue Schiff-face in court for breach of privacy, to open a complaint with the House Ethics committee against Schiff-face for abuse of power, and for President Trump to sue Schiff-face for violation of the attorney-client privilege.
Another reason to worry that the Senate will betray Trump and America. I am not sure that the Senate will fail to vote to convict. With enough money, the contents of Deep State files on vulnerable Republicans and worms like Romney, there is a risk that a number of GOP Senators could be persuaded to vote to convict.
