MSNBC political analyst and Time editor-at-large Anand Giridharadas seems to be setting himself up as the radical left's fiercest critic of "plutocrat" Michael Bloomberg. On Monday's Morning Joe, he upset New York Times columnist Bret Stephens as he insisted rich people are "complicit" in capitalism unless they bring it crashing down. "Plutes are gonna plute," he said, attempting a new socialist bumper sticker.
On Joy Reid's MSNBC show AM Joy on Saturday, Giridharadas made the inflammatory accusation that Bloomberg was running as a form of "tax evasion," i.e., to prevent Elizabeth Warren from implementing her wealth tax. Giridharadas continued the assault on the successful today, claiming that "manic hyper-capitalism" is "destroying the American Dream."
Then came the squabble on Morning Joe, between radical left and center left.

No doubt Anand Giridharadas wants to destroy America because then he can then return to India that he loves more than the U.S.
The center-left reference was to Bret Stephens, but I’d say Bloomberg is firmly left on social issues, but still a believer in free markets.
I would think they love Mikey. He is every bit a Big Government Fascist wanna be as they could hope for.
No he has no such interests in Free Markets. He a firm believer in Government imposed dictates. His record in NYC is all about banning things he disapproved of. He just as much a tyrant wannabe as any of the other Democrat candidates.

On Twitter: OK Bloomberg is getting in the race to skirt campaign finance laws. He will be running negative ads against Trump that will work for all Democrats. Self funded. No limits.
I was treated to a Bloomberg for Prez commercial on the noon news here in so-far Repub area. Commercial was well done. Last shot was little Bloomy standing in front of a microphone almost on tiptoes.
I could picture DJT standing next to and towering over him.
Bloomberg would find a way to tax the poor and tax individuals.
