She can not resign
Her staff will not permit resignation
Actually, her death and the ruckus over a new Trump nominee would probably be more effective than impeachment

Reading the doctor's clinical assessment at the link to CTH confirmed what common sense tells us. Anyone with recurrence of pancreatic cancer has only months to live. Though she is a fierce fighter, she is probably on hospice care at this point. And the suffering she chooses to endure to stay alive is beyond sad.
Frankly, the rush to "impeach" seemed a reaction to her impending death because the Dems can heckle about the 1 year rule before elections. Then when a hearing occurs, they will do everything in their power to destroy the candidate's life and possibly cause the kind of civil disobedience we haven't seen since the Vietnam War days. And will look tame by contrast. No flowers in the hair for antifa.

It must be nice. Preferential treatment. Too bad she doesn't give the same consideration to babies in the womb.

Most old people do not die in hospitals. They go to the hospital with a very serious problem. After they are stabilized at the hospital they are discharged to a skilled nursing facility, to a hospice, or home. They die at the skilled nursing facility, the hospice, or at home. That is the way it has worked for my elderly parents and relatives.

I think “doing well” is likely an over statement.

I have no idea, but it wouldn’t surprise me if RBG outlived Trebek. It _should_ surprise me. But it wouldn’t.

When you’re released from the hospital every other week, are you really released?

What do you bet this woman is living a sterilized plastic bubble room with all manner of medical devices to keep her alive.
To: Mr. K
OK really- stop that. We may want more conservatives on the court but do you really think it is a conservative (moral) point of view to hope for someones death?yeah. She's done enough damage. It is time to stop.

That last surgery was a metal stint which only adds a few months. She had better get her affairs in order and make amends with our Creator.

Yes, Kayzee’s comments are exactly correct.
Once sepsis is controlled, almost everyone goes home on IV antibiotics unless the home situation is unsuitable, which is almost certainly not the case here.

Exactly. I wish she would realize her days are numbered, and spend as much time as she comfortably can with her family and friends. She should retire immediately.

A friend had pancreatic cancer. Died less than two years after surgery which the dr. thought had “got it all”.
