Fiona Hill, former National Security Council senior director for Europe and Russia, will testify before the House Intelligence Committee on Thursday, Nov. 21, in the impeachment probe into President Donald Trump. Hill told lawmakers in closed-door testimony last month that then-national security adviser John Bolton expressed concerns that the Trump administration was trying to pressure Ukrainian officials. The focus of the impeachment inquiry is a July 25 phone call in which Trump asked Ukraine's president to investigate 2020 presidential candidate Joe Biden.

I think Rudy is playing a part and he is playing it exceedingly well. Remember this is the guy who took on the mob and won, he is also the one who held NYC together on and after 9-11. Getting old does not mean you suddenly become incompetent.

I don’t know how many times I have to say this, but the instant case is NOT a criminal case, nor is it a civil case, nor is it any kind of LEGAL case; it is a case to sway public opinion and affect the 2020 election. So, it is about optics, not the law. The Rats may try to cloak the proceedings in some sore of legal mantle, but at the end of the day it is about public persuasion.

Rudy is a good lawyer, but he IS a loose cannon. My God, just watch him on TV. He waves papers about like he’s fanning the devil, and literally spits when he gets excited (which is pretty much a constant with him). His optics are TERRIBLE! The best lawyers are the ones you never see and never hear from.You contradicted yourself and you need to look up the meaning of "a loose cannon".

There are many who live to be disgruntled by rudy over some sin he is alleged to have committed long ago. that issue is raised when it appears relevant to raising one’s self esteem by being critical.
The issue is not Really Rudy but appearing to be relevant and thus raising personal self esteem

I would trust Rudy over the entire membership of Congress any day of the week and twice on Sunday.
Rudy was sent by Trump in 2018 to investigate the whole Burisma scheme. He was not on a mission to make or change policy. I do wish he would have kept a lower profile, but when the press reported what he was doing he felt the need to defend his position. I have no problem with Rudy or his role other than when you appear in enemy territory (CNN, MSNBC) expect them to cut and paste, twist, do whatever it takes to bring you down.
