CNN was at the receiving end of another towel slapping by the Trump White House. Host Wolf Blitzer was chewed out on-air for asking senior Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway about remarks made by her husband, George, a noted opponent of this administration. George was on MSNBC last night lambasting President Trump and the Republican Party

Kellyanne handled it as best as could be expected. It was bad manners of Wolf to bring this up on live TV, but the dynamic IS a distraction and IS a strange situation that has dragged on for years. I cannot blame him for asking what many others are themselves wondering.
One of my favorite politicians, Sarah Palin had similar problems. Her two oldest children provided crazy story after crazy story for the media to feast on. It wasn’t ‘nice’ to bring it up, but with her being a public figure, that makes it news. Is there no one else qualified to do what Kellyanne does? I sure hope there is.
I was impressed with how well Kellyanne handled the situation.
Sarah Palin was another target of the “tolerant” liberals. They are horrible people.
I remember that.
By the way, twenty years ago I printed a bumper sticker that said: Liberalism is a Socialist Disease. I found one in my files the other day and now it’s on my car.
Know what would be impressive? If Kellyanne would give her husband a lesson on how to treat his wife.
Blitzer’s question was fair. The fact is, her HUSBAND continues to criticize the president.
For some reason, Kellyanne doesn’t want to address what her husband is saying and doing.
Instead, she gets defensive whenever someone asks about it.
Kellyanne did miss a big point in contesting her husband’s statement.
Wolf kept claiming Kellyanne’s husband was a legal scholar, but the criticisms he brought out were NOT legal, they were personal or psychological and were never backed up with examples. Kellyanne should have jumped all over that facet.
Like Schiffless treated the woman Republican today. Their selective sexism is amazing.
Did you see MSNBC run a clip of Kellyanne Conway and ask that slob George Conway to comment on it?
If CNN really thought this was newsworthy they should have had BOTH Kellyanne and Mr. Kellyanne Conway on the air in the studio at the same time to talk about it.
“Sarah Palin was another target of the tolerant liberals.”
When Trump wins his second term I hope he will bring Sarah into the administration in a high position. Imagine the liberal heads exploding! Sarah never stabbed us in the back like some Republicans have done. Imagine Sarah becoming President as Trump’s 3rd term. Then imagine the liberal heads exploding and the liberal tears...the tears...the tears!
What was she thinking marrying Lou Costello, in the FIRST place?
I keep thinking of Michele Bachmann and the way the libs hounded her until she gave up. They treated Sarah Palin that way and will do all conservative women the same. It is a terrible way to treat any lady, they claim to support women until a strong willed one comes along. Trying to convince people that they are so stupid and unfit for the job.
Lou Costello. LOL. I think the guy looks like a genetic fusion of Chris Christie and Michael Cohen.
no video :(
I don’t understand why conservatives appear on CNN, The View, etc. There is no redeeming value in it. It does absolutely no good.
I might agree with you in some cases, but I also know that there have been several unforgettable segments where GOP guests have abused the sh!t out of CNN. Look up the epic clip of Sebastian Gorkha humiliating CNN right to the hosts face on a show a while back ... pointing out repeatedly that cartoons on Nickelodeon are getting better ratings than the fake news on CNN. LMAO.
I wish someone would confront him over the fact that he's out there criticizing his wife's boss.
Catholic or not, she should drop that pig she is married to. I’m sure she will have no issues rebounding. He on the other hand.....
