i don’t understand “winning edits” or “winning by the edit” at at all, what are you talking about? I don’t watch the show so maybe i’m missing something basic

You would just have to watch the show to understand.

I will give you an example of a warning edit:

When you see someone bragging over and over about running the show and being in control..you know they aren’t long for the game and about to get voted out.

To spark ratings, producers will portray some people as nice and others as villains so the audience develops a rooting interest.

They will selectively edit scenes that may highlight that storyline. Whether staged or just creative editing, it helps to sell the show.
