Eric Ciaramella is a criminal not a Whistleblower. The Whistleblower statute does not cover him.
He should be charged with espionage and tried. If he has caused the death of anyone with his leaking and so called whistleblowing, he should receive a sentence of capital punishment.
Every indibation is that he also was a bagman for the Biden Obama grift operation in the Ukraine.
