The USSR sponsored all the crap in Southern Africa in the 60’s/70’s. They have had their fingers in that pie for a long time. China has recently been engaged there. Islamists as well. Interesting situation. Glad to be out of there. It is a MESS!!

Russians don’t play nice when this stuff happens... American Green Berets were ambushed and slaughtered in Niger by Boko Haram and we did NOTHING. Benghazi was also such a slaughter. America is the Paper Tiger.
