PDATED 6:45 PM PT — Wednesday, October 30, 2019 New developments are surfacing in the impeachment inquiry. Media company RealClear Politics claimed Wednesday there’s strong evidence that the alleged whistleblower could be Eric Ciaramella.
Ciaramella is a registered Democrat who previously worked with former Vice President Joe Biden and former CIA Director John Brennan. His name has been tossed around on social media platforms for weeks and is known by many on Capitol Hill.

Ciaramella is a 33-year-old registered Democrat who worked under Vice President Joe Biden, former CIA Director John Brennan, Susan Rice, Alexandra Chalupa, and he hobnobbed with James Comey and James Clapper. He played with the big folks and they made sure he was taken care of.

Second hand information is called in the legal terms “hearsay,” and is inadmissible as it is nothing but a rumor. The only person that can substantiate any information and fall under whistleblower protection is the actual person who heard it and repeated it, and if they were not members of the CIA or FBI who don’t qualify. Therefore, there is no evidence to have a trial with and they are threatening to have it anyway with nothing.
And that’s the point. The identified witness they are displaying is nothing on the charts except he can be sued for slander/liable because he can’t be protected by whistleblower laws for starting a rumor defamating Trump with no evidence and just making the rumor up plus he is not attached to any governmental organization at the time of the statement.
So the Schiff committee trying to hide him in the position of a whistleblower is more crap on the pile. All he has is made up rumors. That’s liable.

Ciaramella left his White house National Security Council post in mid-2017 amid concerns about negative leaks to the media. That’s when he went back to the CIA and left the CIA in early October of this year, 21 days before the phone call.
As for his admittance at not being present at the call, please check my post today on his position and what he can be facing. Don’t get caught up trying to figure out his positions and when he left. He may have been the person that told Schiff what he thought, but not what he knew. He was not a government employee at the time of the call and is talking hearsay unless they produce the real whistleblower. He, right now, has no witness to his statement and therefore no protection. So the question as to who the whistleblower is is still out there as Ciaramella is not he. (And the question of if a whistleblower even exists is still a reality) All he is is the rumor spreader he has always been and this time he has no protection.

I know that much of what our generation has allowed has led to this rotten situation. Maybe we should have been more alert to the socialist/communist tsunami heading our way.

ps -- However, I know that most times over the past forty years that I would warn my friends and others about the danger of the relentless propaganda coming for our schools and the entertainment industry, people used to basically blow me off. There are 2 whistleblowers/leakers/spies. The first one had 3rd hand information from the second one who had second hand information. If put in a criminal court, they would both have first hand information about Shiff.
