Actually I would suggest a nation we do not have an extradition treaty with. We do have one with New Zealand. I would suggest Equatorial Africa a real hell hole of which Comey is most deserving or even worse Djibouti. Most unfortunately there are many nations that do not have an extradition treaty with us and some are a damn good place to live such as parts of Micronesia, but my number one choice is Andorra a small nation wedged between Spain and France.
