Does a PARENT have the right to override the natural born genetics. I say no. Once born you have your genetic inheritance and you are an independednt “person”. The parent is required to take care of you and educate you until you are able to step forth on your own as an independednt adult and make you own decisions (hopefully educated decisions).

Although I don’t see evidence in this version of James’ story, I read somewhere else that he is a twin. I think it referred to ‘James and Jude’. If that’s the case, I suspect the mom wanted on of each and decided to start calling one of them (James) by a girl’s name. Sick momma. (And Jude should be very happy she decided to only mess up one of the kids)
Why did the jury find for the mother? No one has answered that anywhere.
