@NorthmanTrader
We have no agreement.
We have nothing in writing.
We have agreed to discuss a process on how to consult during which we will discuss what to agree upon.

Now get ready for phase 2 and meeting #14.

Trade wars are easy, didn’t I tell you?

Wouldn’t it be nice if in return, the U.S. got a concession from China to cooperate in the Biden, Kerry-Heinz, Bulger, etc. scandals. One can dream anyway.

A delay is not “caving”.

These things take a while.

Cavuto should get in the car with Shemp and take that Rat Wallace with them.

And don't forget to stop and pick up Juan and Judge Mappy.

Are you not very bright? What’s your problem? Did you ride the short bus to school? Did you go to school? Jeez, why do you label this as US Caves? Why do claim that not raising tariffs from 25% to 30% is terrible news?

“Big agriculture is ruining the USA....
Soybeans??? WTH”

So I guess the announcement that the US is going to sell the largest amount of Soybeans 40 to 50 billion dollars worth is bad news too.
Now I get it, the Chinese have rarely kept their word in the past, but that was because previous American presidents let them get away with it. President Trump won’t. If they refuse to purchase the agriculture and other products they’ve agreed too, President Trump will slap that extra 5% on the tariffs and likely raise it another 5% just to be dick to the Chinese and let them know who’s boss.

From the zero hedge article:

“During the ensuing press conference, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin revealed that Washington would delay tariff hikes that were scheduled for next week (However, Trade Rep Robert Lighthizer said Trump hasn’t made up his mind about the hike set for Dec. 15).”

So the tariff hikes could still happen.

Yes, we elected Trump to turn the USA around from the path of de industrialization. It is a sham. The USA will be an agricultural loser nation. I not going be around to see it fully implemented. Thank God.

So celebrate today Free Traitors™, you won and the nation lost.

China will be our new master. All hail.

I think we would have had a bigger sell off if there had been time to digest all of this.. The market liked it at first but as info became to come out I could see the stocks cave.

Who knows what will happen next week. Algos use any little thing to trigger.

Be careful when listening to these folks.

A lot of them frame things very carefully to trash Trump.

I think that’s the case here. We’re not caving.

This may be a strategic move. We just don’t know.

Trump has taken China to task. Nobody else did this.

He has tariffs in place nobody else did.
