Top Republicans in Congress -- including Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell -- criticized President Donald Trump over his decision to remove US troops from northern Syria as Turkey plans a military offensive there. McConnell urged Trump to reverse his move, saying "a precipitous withdrawal of US forces from Syria would only benefit Russia, Iran, and the Assad regime."

Mitch McConnell says we don't have enough money to keep Social Security going, without raising the eligibility age so high that unemployed seniors won't be able to get it till they're 70 or more.

But Mitch says we can afford to stay in Middle Eastern wars forever. In fact, we HAVE to stay in those wars, and keep spending tax dollars forever.

It’s the right move.

Give the Kurds a CAP .
Air cover

Publically state that “Our Kurdish allies
will retain the power and ability to call in
airstrikes, in their own defense “

“There’s enough money for far-away wars. There isn’t enough money Americans’ needs here at home” — Mitch McConnell.

“Our staying benefits Mitch’s masters, the Saudi royal family.”

Next time Mitch tells you that Social Security has to be “reformed” so people can’t get it until they’re on their deathbeds, remember that he also says we have enough money to wage war in the Middle East FOREVER AND EVER AMEN.

Rebuilding Syria = big money!

All the donors want us to stay until the end, and pass out contracts to them.

Mitch, just stick to what you do best, confirm some more judges. We don’t expect you to be a policy leader too.
So, hush!

“It’s the right move.”

How about moving the troops to defend America’s borders for a change?

Mitch, just stick to what you do best the only thing you're good for, and confirm some more judges.

WTH is this fetish with Syria and the cesspool of the Mideast? It used to be anti-war “Bush’s wars” and “no blood for oil” etc and then Obama and the left suddenly love war and foreign meddling regime change. President Trump campaigns on GTFO of these wars (and is doing it) and both worthless political parties wet themselves over it.

"a precipitous withdrawal of US forces from Syria would only benefit Russia, Iran, and the Assad regime."

I ignore all Trump news that includes the word "Russia". I ignore most CNN "news", so this had two strikes without bothering to read the article.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R., Ky.) said the Senate’s bipartisan rejection of President Trump’s wall funding was a ‘show vote.’

McDonnell refuses to provide a wall for protecting the US from terrorists here.

They said we need to fight them over there so that we wont end up fighting them here, and then let millions into the US legally and illegally.

Yes so true. Progressives are now locking arms with neocons, demanding war without end.
