A Virginia police officer was suspended after allegedly turning over a suspected undocumented immigrant to federal authorities following a traffic accident last month.
The Fairfax County Police Department didn't identify the officer in a statement released Tuesday but said the incident occurred on Sept. 21 when an officer was dispatched to a car accident.
The officer discovered one of the drivers didn't have a Virginia driver's license and ran a check with the state Department of Motor Vehicles, police said. The check revealed the driver had a violation for failing to appear for a deportation hearing.
The officer verified the warrant and alerted officials with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)...

Check the precinct list of registered voters where he resided. If he’s on that list, Federal crime, charge he and those that enabled him to vote knowing he was illegal.
Hire him to go to work for ICE at a substantial raise. And make sure it hits every paper for a thousand miles.

Much of the northern VA area, to include Fairfax, is a libtard progressive mecca. Sad and unfortunate that given I live in southern VA, we are having to increasingly deal with idiotic libtards and progressives, such as in VA Beach, etc.
“failure to appear for a deportation hearing” pretty much nullifies the ‘suspected’ part. Where he was detained was probably a lot nicer than county lockup, too.
The President should get him into Quantico so this man can become an FBI agent.
It would be nice having an honest G-man for a change.
When police chiefs start getting indicted on federal charges and personally fined for doing these things, police departments will start cooperating with ICE.
