How can Congress do that without voting on legislation and the Senate voting for it as well? They can’t just do that by Dem fiat, can they? What the freak is going on?
Again I have to ask, why does it require tax exempt status to collaborate in the way of politics. Just communicate, by whatever means are at hand. If the sons of liberty cannot enact workarounds over the sons of tyranny, then what business do we have claiming the mantle of self-government?

Try to find online the House Ways & Means Committee’s subcommittee hearing on Tax Exempt Organizations (possibly entitled “Investigation of Tax Exempt Organizations and Abuse of Tax Exempt Status), from about 1987. Attached to it as an exhibit is a report on the abuse of tax exempt status/funds by Communist Party and various communist/Marxist organizations to aid terrorists in Latin America (via CISPES, possibly MADRE, Nat. Network to Aid Nicaragua - Sandinistas front), etc).
This report was submitted in lieu of being notified too late of the hearing and thus not being able to appear as a witness. The Committee allowed us to submit this report instead.

It was tax related issues that precipitated the First Revolution. They are overlooking the importance of the only thing that would make conservatives act: money.
1. If they declare you guilty you must prove yourself innocent.
2. If they declare you innocent there will be no investigation of your questionable actions and, if there is an investigation it will be discredited or discontinued; if you hold elective office as a 'rat there are no crimes that you can be charged with.
3. If you oppose the 'rats' evolving agenda you will face govt punishment {IRS, FBI, etc.}. After the 2016 election Speaker Pelosi confirmed this by saying that anyone who does not vote Dem will pay a price.
4. 'rat appointed judges will be dedicated to nullifying the Constitution and judges who do not go along will be viciously attacked and then impeached from the bench. The federal courts will be expanded to employ thousands of complacent judges.
4a. The Second Amendment was never intended for average peasants to own weapons {from guns to sharp nails}; it was meant to empower the govt to own all the weapons AND to break down peasants' doors to make sure that no non-govt enforcer owns anything more threatening than an ice cream sandwich.
5. The word 'lie' and 'lying' will be redefined to indicate anyone disagreeing with anything the 'rat Politburo says is true.
5a. All language words or terms will be restated to more closely reflect what is determined to be in the best interest of the 'rats.
6. Any opposition to 'rat governing actions is automatically a crime and requires no due process or public exposure / evaluation. This provision will be enforced after midnight by jack-booted thugs.
7. Such terms as national borders are unpatriotic and will be considered treason. All the peoples of the world are entitled to {Dem} constitutional protections and can enter the country freely with families, neighbors and friends and be supported with free health care, free food, free housing, free education - free whatever they think they need for the remainder of their lives; native peasants will turn over all that they own to the govt as reparations for forcing poverty on the rest of the world.
