Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) called for Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh to be impeached on Sunday, following a New York Times article that reported a new allegation of sexual misconduct from his college days.
Harris did not mention, or did not know, that the authors’ own book refutes the allegation, which the alleged victim reportedly does not recall. The accuser — not the victim — also represented Bill Clinton during his impeachment.

Some say these continued attacks on Kavanaugh are to “stain” him such that if (D) win in 2020 they can immediately launch an impeachment campaign to get him thrown off the SC and replaced by their pick.

I didn't expect them to move on Kavanaugh this quickly, but the Democrats are desperate to change the news away from favoring President Trump.
Nader doesn’t have the votes.Hence this article.
I'm guessing that their fallback plan is that if they can't stop Trump from replacing Ginsburg with a conservative, they will try to remove a conservative that can be replaced with a liberal when the Democrat beats Trump in 2020.
I don't think Trump will lose, but the Democrats would be negligent in their wickedness if they didn't try to set the table that way, just in case something unexpected happens.

Harris and her hags are such sore losers. Make sure that the next appointed Supreme Court justice also has proof in the form of a great record of decisions in favor of our Second Amendment. The continuation of our freedoms will depend on that.

For sure. I don’t think it’s about Kavanaugh at all...it’s about scaring off Trump’s next nominee. Who would knowingly agree to be the target of such filthy lies?
