Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was hit with another accusation of unwanted sexual contact by a male classmate who said he witnessed Kavanaugh expose himself and press his genitals against a woman without her consent.
The New York Times reported Saturday that the latest allegation, which has until now not been public, was reported to the FBI during Kavanaugh's Supreme Court confirmation process last year but was not investigated by the FBI.
In the Times report, two FBI officials told the newspaper that a Yale classmate of Kavanaugh's, D.C.-based nonprofit owner Max Stier, said that he had witnessed Kavanaugh expose himself at a party before other students pushed Kavanaugh's genitals into the hand of a female student, apparently without her consent.
The Hill has reached out to the Supreme Court for comment.

After reading the summary of the “incident”, I can see why even the FBI didn’t bother investigating it further. Call in the National Enquirer reporter who broke the BatBoy story - his services are needed again.
This will continue until one of these flakes is charged and convicted of attempting to intimidate a federal official.

This is another lame democRATic attempt to shame Kavanaugh but announcing this 35 years later is a another non-starter.
Not sure what the democRATS' motivation is here except to add to the other crazy woman's accusations during the hearings. After all, Kavanaugh is already seated on the court.
I think people are getting real skeptical about these accusations from women coming out decades after they happen and yet they never called the police. But it is so important to embarrass themselves and Kavanaugh now? To what end? Money they're being paid?
This claim is not believable just like the accusations in his confirmation hearing weren't believable.
If I remember this one correctly, her memory of the incident was so flawed she was calling others and asking if they knew what happened. No one she called confirmed the event.
But seriously, how would this story disqualify anyone from anything, 30 years later?

First Amendment used as a weapon of personal destruction by the media needs to end. The media gets away with it because they hide behind it and are protected.
So the NYT is reporting that 2 unnamed FBI officials whispered this in their ear. I am sick of this fake news, FBI leak crap. Seems to be all the FBI does.

But he did not come forward back when this was in the headlines? And his account (from my understanding) exactly matches Ramirez’s story. That alone is suspect. One reason eye witness accounts can be so unreliable is that two different people seeing the same thing will give a different recounting of the event. Another thing we have numerous people who there denying that Kavanaugh was involved in any such behavior.
I guess the Left has decided that if women are going to be called on the carpet for blatant lies the men must come to their rescue. Is it now to be “Believe all men.”?

Brett Kavanaugh should start suing people for libel, or the Justice Department should come to his rescue. The lies being told about him are unbelievable. False Accusations without recrimination. When does it stop? They are trying to influence his opinions. Can’t let that happen!

Evidently - I haven’t heard that she did anything to try to avoid the unwanted penis....but I did hear that she never said or mumbled the word “penis” even when her mouth was full....she was a good girl...
