Whatcha-gonna-do-aboutit? Other that furrow your bristly brows? Does John Brennan seem particularly nervous to you?
Not to me either.
When one of the two major political parties is used to being scorned, ignored and penalized by activist judges, they remain in a state of submission for a long time. It takes a long time to change that ‘stiff upper lip’ stoic sort of behavior. Many of us have begun the process of push-back just by openly discussing it. So there is hope.
Across the board change will take time and specific political victories.
