Black males are being poisoned. As anybody who has ever tried to hire young black males can tell you they come out of public education system severely psychologically damaged and very often unable to function on the job. I noticed time and again my black employees just could not handle any adversity, criticism, etc.

Liberal actions make perfect sense once you realize the goal is not to make things better, but to make things WORSE. The more problems blacks have the more the the RATS can blame Republicans and the more the blacks need the RATS. As a side benefit the dysfunctional state causes Californians to move to more functional Red states (LIKE TEXAS) which converts them to Blue states.
It most certainly is racism. Racism by liberal democrats, whose policies practically destroyed black families. Dan Moynihan pointed this out 50 years ago.
Some might have been well meaning, in aggregate though one couldn’t formulate a better plan if they set out purposefully to cause dysfuntion and trouble. This isn’t isolated to blacks, it’s just they are the guinea pigs for experimentation, apparently.

So children who aren’t defiant will get to sit in classes with those who are. And people wonder why those who can are pulling their kids out of public schools.
Someone I know works as a substitute teacher. She subbed in a kindergarten class recently and was confronted with a half dozen children (5 year olds!) that were so unruly that the school regularly sends an administrator and/or a counselor to help the teacher keep some semblance of order. These children ran around the room at will, escaped into the halls whenever possible, and constantly hit, bit and threw stuff at the other kids. At 5 years old they already know that the teacher can do NOTHING to curb their behavior and they take full advantage. Needless to say, there is no learning taking place in that room. The sub says that school admin personnel told her that the teacher goes home crying every evening.
This is what Gov. Newsom is advocating - so it’s a feature, not a bug.
